The technical team at Harnex can design and work collaboratively with its customers from concept and design through to production. With over 15 years’ experience, Harnex’s design services offer expertise in creating industry standard documents. Harnex can provide drawings and technical information and specifications. Harnex has been involved independently and collaboratively with projects throughout Australia. Many of the products created through the process are now commissioned locally and internationally.
The design team will consult with you about the requirements of your product and use CAD to create computer aided technical drawings of your concept. Harnex uses a comprehensive advanced product quality planning (APQP) approach to the process from design to production. Harnex also provides relevant PPAP reports as requested.
Harnex can provide a research and design part information booklet, which includes documents such as: photos, technical drawings, production information, assembly instructions, cutting lists, specifications, test procedures and required results. This gives our customers a full profile of each of their products.
